This is your chance to gain work experience and expand your network for the future. We are currently looking for student assistants for our customer center. As a student assistant in the customer center, you are HFAB's face to the outside world, both externally and internally.

We believe that you:

• are used to meeting customers and working solution-oriented
• have good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
• have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• are a team player who collaborates easily

You are passionate about meeting people and providing service in personal interactions as well as via phone, email, and chat. As a person, you are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and easily adaptable to the various situations that arise in our customer center.

As a student assistant at HFAB, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in tasks within our organization while studying. The student assistant program is aimed at those studying at a college or university and seeking a part-time position in an interesting industry. Working hours are up to 15 hours a week and can be adjusted according to your studies. When the college's spring semester ends, the employment will transition to a full-time summer position from June 8 to August 31.

Start date is to be agreed upon. We are recruiting on an ongoing basis, with the final application date being January 12, 2026. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
